Deposits, Delivery & Installation

From our first chat to your finished build, we’ll guide you through every step — no fuss, no stress.

Deposits

Before we begin any build, we’ll take time to understand your site and your needs. This usually starts with a chat over the phone or email, where we’ll talk through access, location, and any practical considerations. The aim is simple: to make sure what we’re building for you is the right fit, both in design and function.

Once the details are clear, we ask for a 60% deposit. This secures your build slot in our workshop and allows us to order materials and prepare your project properly. At this stage, we’ll also confirm your delivery and installation date, so you’ll know exactly when to expect your build.

  • The balance payment is made once everything is delivered and installed

  • Payments can be made easily online by card, or by BACS transfer

  • From deposit to completion, the process usually takes 3–4 weeks, though we’ll always keep you updated along the way.

Delivery

We take care of the whole installation process from start to finish. By the time we’re done, your toilet, shower, or kitchen will be fully set up and ready to use — stocked with fresh sawdust and eco loo roll.

Installation

Our team carries out the installation personally. That means you can trust that every detail will be fitted correctly and with care. We don’t leave until everything is in place, secure, and fully functional.

By the time we’re finished, your new toilet, shower, or kitchen will be ready for use straight away — complete with fresh sawdust and eco loo roll. If your site requires a base, we offer a small selection of options designed to work with our builds, and we’ll talk these through with you before installation.

We believe in handing over something that’s not only built well, but set up properly, so you can simply enjoy using it from day one.
